Well, it's that time of the year again! What time, you ask?
The time to do some good cleansing of your body. Although
it is not something that a lot of people talk about, body
cleansing is something that everyone should do. Most of the
time, it is good to do this about once a year, and you should
do it for a whole weekend. Although it may not be the most
enjoyable weekend, it is going to clean out your system. Today
we are going to talk about the body cleansing diet that can
change your life. Not only that, but we will talk about the
body cleansing vitamins that you should try to get more of.
There are tons of things that you can do to internally
cleanse your body, but doing it naturally is always the
best way. If you can stick to a diet for a weekend, you can
clean out your body of all the bad toxic sludge that is in
it.
You are going to want to start your body cleaning diet. Most
people like to start on Friday night, after a long week at
work. That night for dinner you are going to eat salad. Although
it may not sound like a great meal, greens are a great way
to get the fiber you need to clean out your system, do a proper
intestinal
cleansing, and to keep it healthy. This part of the diet
is not very fun, and you are not going to notice much of a
change. However, you will come Saturday morning. This is where
the real body cleansing diet starts. You are going to want
to start off your day with the body cleaning vitamins known
as Vitamin C. However, the way you get this vitamin is a little
different. You are going to get it by drinking juice, and
that means a lot of juice. In fact, that is about all you
are going to have for the whole day. Juices are high in water
and vitamin C, and they are going to flush out your body very
good.
Now you are going to start feeling hungry very quickly if
all you eat all day long is, well, juice. That is why you
are going to want to drink some more juice about every 90
minutes. This is going to keep you from feeling like you are
starving yourself. After all, you are doing a body cleansing
weekend, not a weight loss weekend, although you are going
to notice the extra weight start to come off while you lose
toxic stuff that is in your body. For the whole day you are
going to drink nothing except juice all the way up until dinner
time. When dinner time roles around, it's time for some miso
soup. This is going to be served with a side of nice fresh
sea vegetables. A very Japanese style meal.
Of course, there are a few other things that you can eat.
Some other really good body cleansing vitamins would be B
vitamins. You can get these from eating a lot of fiber and
things like brown rice. Of course, your body cleansing diet
would not be complete without a little walking around as well.
This is going to help to really clean out your system. You
may even want to try some deep breathing workouts and some
laxative teas.
