Worked well for me by Gary B. Bowtrol worked well for me. I got the product very fast through the mail and started it right away. I never seen the long ugly strands of guck that I see other people advertising, but did have some very large bowel movements (day one I had 3 bowel movements). Wonderful! by Marika M Love this stuff, I used to be really bunged up and suffer from headaches and had a really poor metabolism. My Doc kept telling me it was from having a compacted colon, but I never listened to him. Finally when I tried this product it was liked pulling a plug!

Not sure by Jerry B I like the product, but in the first couple of days I had so many bowel movements that I spend half of the time in the bathroom. In the end it was good and I am healthier, but I wish it wasnt so strong of a product especially at the onst...
