stuff in them to help clean you out. The soup that we are
going to make today is a mix of a lot of these different things,
all blended together in a nice tasting soup. Note that it
usually only takes one or two bowls of this to start working.
You should, however, eat it for about seven days to make sure
it is all out of your system. You do not have to eat just
this to make it work like a lot of other recipes. You can
eat other things as well. However, having two bowls of this

taste good, and that is one of the main reasons why people
hate to take them. You have to admit that you would be more

First of all, you are going to want to have 2-3 cucumbers
that are seeded and peeled. Then you are going to need 1 to
2 avocados. (Remember it really all depends on how much you
plan on making. Then from here, you are going to dice up ½
a cup of yellow onions. After that, take lemon juice from
half of a lemon and stick it in as well. From here you are
going to enter in 3 cloves of roasted garlic, you can chop
them up if you want. Take 2 cups of veggie stock that you
can get at the store, and add that in as well. Now it's time
for the herbs. Now add in 1 tablespoon of parsley, 1 tablespoon
of cilantro, and 1 seeded jalapeño pepper. You can
choose to heat it up or eat cool, it's up to you. Most people
like to heat it up, however.
After that, you are done. Eating the soup warm is, of course,
the best, but as said before, it is up to you. This is a very
healthy soup for you to eat, as well as very tasty. A lot
of people choose to eat this soup even after they clean out
their colon just because of the taste. Since it is made out
of nothing but natural ingredients, that is fine! |
