There are a lot of ways to go about doing detox for your
colon. You can take pills, you can use irrigation, you can
even have surgery. However, the best way to go about doing
a colon detox is to actually just do a colon detox diet. Most
of the time, this takes only one weekend to do, and it is
good to do about once a year. Whenever you do these detox
diets, you are going to notice that your body feels better
and you feel better as a whole. Today we are going to talk
about the kinds of things you should eat during your colon
detox diet, and then we are going to talk about the things
that you should keep eating so that you can keep a detox colon
all year around! A lot of people want to stay healthy nowadays,
and doing a colon detox is one of the best ways. After all,
your colon is what deals with all of that kind of stuff in
your body. It's easy to see how it can be hard to keep it
clean, but if you follow a very good diet plan, then it does
not have to be hard.
First of all, when you choose to do a colon detox diet, you
need to set aside one weekend. During this weekend, you are
not going to get to eat many things that you may want to eat.
However, in the end, you are going to be doing your body a
big favor. One the first nights of the diet, you are going
to want to eat a salad. It is best if you do not cover the
salad in dressing. The next morning, you are going to want
to drink juice. Keep in mind that juice is what you are going
to be drinking for pretty much the whole day. If you start
to get hungry, then you drink more juice. Then that night,
you are going to eat a miso soup. This is a Japanese dish!
With that soup you can have some brow rice or some fresh vegetables.
This is really going to help clean out your system. However,
after doing this over the weekend, you are going to want to
keep your body looking good. In that case, you are going to
want to start eating right all the time.
Now, you can not live off of juice and soup your whole life,
so you have to be able to eat other things. That is fine,
however, you do have to make sure that you get enough fiber
in your diet. You can do that by simply eating fresh vegetables,
as well as fresh fruits. Although a lot of people do not like
it, try not to peel your apples and things like that before
you eat them. The skin of the apple has a lot of the fiber
that you want. Also, you have to be sure to drink a lot of
water. Most people already know that water is very good for
you, but some people do not know just how good it is for you.
