Bowel Movement
Bowel Movement
Bowel movements are referred to in a lot of different ways.
However, they all mean the same thing. This is where you pass
a stool out of your body by way of your anus. Most people
call this, “taking a number two”, because they
do not like to talk about it. Thus, how do you know what is
a normal bowel movement and what is an abnormal bowel movement?
These are questions that people want to talk about, but they
are normally too shy to talk to people about it face-to-face.
Today, we are going to talk about bowel movements, and which
ones are normal and which one's are not. By the end, you will
know if taking a large bowel movement is a good thing or not.
Before we jump into it, you need to keep a few things in
mind. Bowel movements are going to be different for everyone.
Yours are not going to be the same as someone else's, because
we are all different. However, there is a pretty good rule
of thumb when it comes to these kinds of things, and that
is what we will be talking about. If yours do not fit the
ones that we are talking about, there is no need to worry.
Of course, you could always go to your doctor and tell him
about it to be on the safe side.
First of all, a large bowel movement is perfectly normal.
In fact, in the morning people normally have a bowel movement
that is about a foot in length. Now, this is not something
that is going to happen every morning, but it will happen
from time to time; and there is nothing to worry about. The
next question people have is about bowel movements that float
on top or go to the bottom. Ones that float on top are full
of fatty foods. Although this is not always a bad thing (after
all, you did get it out of your system), it does show that
you have been eating a lot of fatty foods. This will happen
a lot after you eat fast food. Last, but not least, seeing
pieces of food that were not digested is normal as well. Things
like corn, peas, and other things often make it through the
body without being broken down. This is going to happen more
if you do not chew your food all the way.
Abnormal bowel movements are normally easier to spot than
you would think. One of the most common abnormal bowel movements
that you are likely to have are small bowel movements. Normally,
this is not talking about the length of them, however. A small
bowel movement is normally talking about the overall “size
of it.” For example, if you have one that comes out
that is long and thin, that is an abnormal bowel movement.
These long thin ones normally come out about the size of a
pen. This could mean that you are having constipation. It
could also mean that you are being blocked by something in
your colon. This is causing your stools to come out very thin,
as they are having to push pass this spot in your body.
